As a Project Manager you will be in the front-line working with one of our core customers onsite in Atlanta,Georgia. The customer has multiple work streams including both technical and business needs for a transformation program. You will help assess their needs and build structure to support the development of new technologies, roll out to client customers, and business integration. Projects will be fast-paced and challenging, and will require your analysis and critical-thinking skills. Managing both the technical team’s success along with the customer relationship, the Project Manager acts as the main point of contact for 1-5 projects for this customer.
Provide leadership and coordination with multiple Technical Project Managers and teams located across the US and India to deliver high-quality services within committed time frames to the customer
Collaborate with the customer in a consultative role when eliciting their business and technical requirements
Participate in technical discussions with the customer and team
Manage the relationship with the client/customer across multiple projects
Accountable for customer satisfaction and focused on delivering valuable insights to the customer
Identify risks and issues across projects, monitor service delivery, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure delivery of high-quality services
Escalate unresolved issues to Senior management
Act as a local escalation point for the customer
MUST be eligible to work in the US for any employer without any restrictions
Minimum CS, BE or similar Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of relevant project / program management experience
Minimum of 3 years working in consulting companies working with external clients
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical program management role
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Our customer is highly technical. Candidate must be fluent in software development practices
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be self-motivated. Must be able to anticipate problems, spot new business opportunities and take a proactive approach to responsibilities
Willingness to dive in to work with stakeholders of all levels to solve problems and accomplish goals.
Have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working within a team and build relationships with the customer
